By accessing or using IELTS Buddy, creating an account, or submitting a payment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

IELTS Buddy is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing AI-powered evaluation, mock tests, and practice materials for IELTS preparation. We offer digital, non-tangible educational goods. Our scoring models aim to closely replicate official examiner criteria but do not guarantee specific scores on official testing days.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Access to premium features requires a valid subscription, either purchased directly via our supported payment gateways (eSewa / Khalti) or granted through an affiliated educational institution.

4. Payments and Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the premium mock tests and the computational costs of AI evaluation, all payments are largely non-refundable once an account's premium status has been activated and used. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact our support team. Manual payment submissions via QR code require administrative review and may take up to 24 hours to process.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, IELTS Buddy relies on third-party infrastructure (such as Vercel, DigitalOcean, and AI APIs). We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not liable for transient network disruptions or third-party service outages.
