How to pay, step by step

  1. Pick your plan

    Choose Standard or Premium on the pricing page and continue to checkout. Prices are set in Nepali rupees (NPR).

  2. Scan the QR with your own wallet app

    On the checkout page, choose Pay via Fonepay and scan the QR with your wallet. It will show NEURAL AI PRIVATE LIMITED as the merchant, which is the company behind IELTSBuddy.

  3. Enter the amount in Nepali rupees

    Type the plan price exactly as the checkout page shows it, for example 1,499. Your app converts it to your own currency and shows you the final figure before you confirm.

  4. Upload your receipt

    Screenshot the confirmation, then upload it on the checkout page with your name and phone number. We activate your account within 24 hours, usually much sooner.

Questions before you pay

Will I be charged in my own currency?

Yes. The price is set in Nepali rupees, and your wallet converts it before you confirm, so you always see the final figure in your own currency first. Your wallet or bank may add a small international fee of their own. That fee goes to them, not to us.

Why does the payment screen say NEURAL AI PRIVATE LIMITED?

NEURAL AI PRIVATE LIMITED is the company that operates IELTSBuddy. Seeing that name means you are paying the right business. If you see any other name, stop and message us before confirming.

How long until my account is activated?

Within 24 hours, and usually much sooner. A person checks your receipt against your order, so there is a short wait rather than an instant unlock.

I paid the wrong amount. What now?

Message us on WhatsApp with your receipt and we will sort it out, either by activating the right plan or returning the difference. Your receipt has a reference number starting with ALPY, and sending us that makes it much quicker to find your payment.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Our usual refund policy applies, and payments made this way can be returned to the wallet you paid from. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.

Do you accept credit cards, PayPal or US dollars?

No. We only accept Nepali rupee payments through the QR, eSewa and Khalti. If a website has asked you to pay in US dollars by card for an IELTS course, that is a different company, not us.
