IELTS Buddy is designed to simulate the rigorous environment of official IELTS testing while providing cutting-edge, personalized AI feedback. We believe that true language proficiency is achieved through genuine effort, practice, and learning from mistakes.
1. Originality of Submissions
When participating in Mock Tests, Writing tasks, or Speaking exercises, all submissions must be entirely your own original work. Users are strictly prohibited from copying essays from external sources, using third-party AI generators to write submissions on their behalf, or reading from pre-written scripts during speaking assessments.
2. Appropriate Use of AI Feedback
The AI-generated feedback and band score estimations provided by IELTS Buddy are intended as educational tools to identify areas for improvement. You should use this feedback constructively to refine your grammar, vocabulary, and coherence. Memorizing AI-generated model answers to regurgitate in an official exam is strongly discouraged and counterproductive to language acquisition.
3. Institute Partnerships & Accountability
If your access to IELTS Buddy is provided through an educational institution, be aware that your instructors may have access to your performance metrics, diagnostic results, and submitted essays. Any suspected violation of academic integrity may be reported to your governing institute.
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to review submissions for plagiarism or automated generation. Accounts found in continuous violation of our academic integrity policies—such as submitting spam or demonstrably plagiarized content—may face temporary suspension or permanent termination without a refund.
